To be a waitress or paper runner is quite simple and easy which will not require work experience or wonderful grades. However, to be a tutor it will require the student to have excellent grades. Anyway, if the time allows and does not effect studying working is good for students. Therefore, as a student I am 100% supporting those who wants to come out to work.

In my parent’s generation, many students have to work and support their family in primary school. Due to change on generations, now most students do not have to carry this burden.
However, there are still many students look for a part-time job and earn pocket money.
I believe that many students are hesitating about looking for a part-time job. In general, getting a part-time job has lots of advantages because you can get many rich job experiences. These will definitely be an advantage towards looking for a part-time job in the future. Getting a part-time job can also earn salary to buy things that you like; you don’t have to ask your parents for money. On the opposite side, getting a part-time job will reduce the time you spend with your family and friends. Also studying and working at the same time will have certain pressure and you have to consider carefully before you look for a job.
If you really want to get a job, there are many factors you have to consider, for example the working experience, location and salary, etc. There are many types of job in the society. Some of the most common jobs are newspaper delivery person, waiter/waitress in restaurants for fast food restaurants, tutor. You also have to be aware of the working environment. There are some good and also bad environments. In good environments, the boss will look after the staffs and the customer’s attitude are good and they do not smoke. In bad environment, the place is messy and dirty, costumer’s attitude is very bad and they smoke. They have to smoke passive everyday and It is endurable.
I don’t have any working experiences, but I have volunteering job experiences. I went to visit elders and disable people in centers. I also help organizations to decorate halls. Recently, I started to look for a part-time job because I want to earn some pocket money and get some experience. I think this will be very helpful for me in the future. This summer, I might go to my father’s lawyer company or learn how to operate a business in my mother’s company. I hope I will get some good working experience.
Now, many companies require their staffs to be responsible, hardworking and with good attitude. Some even require the staff to be self-motivated and creative. Apart from that, I think employees should not lost their temper easily and they should discuss the issue calmly with their employers.

You get very bad working environments when you work as a cashier. The working environment is extremely boring and a danger to your health.
